GFCI OUTLETS
If an outlet is near water, it needs to be GFCI protected—period. Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) outlets are designed to shut off power instantly when they detect even a small leak of electricity, protecting you from shocks and electrical fires. At Residential Electric, we install, replace, and troubleshoot GFCI outlets (sometimes called GFI outlets) in kitchens, bathrooms, garages, and outdoor areas to keep your home safe and up to code.

Zach and Ron were kind, professional, and prompt showing up right on time. They were tidy and kept everything clean, doing a walk through to make sure everything was just as they found it when the job was complete. They were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They had been recommended by Rory MacDonald of MacDon & Associates (real estate broker) in Clinton Township, so I knew I was getting referred to the best. And I was. Highly recommend them!Posted on Leslie MitchellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nick and crew did a fantastic job would highly recommend residential electric. They finished in a timely manner very thorough in walk thru after job was done. Just overall a great great job thanks again.Posted on Craig FeringaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a major refit of my multiple circuit boxes including the main service entry box. The service was done in the winter and Residential Electric sent enough techs to get the job done in one day. There are electricians who just get the work done, and there are electricians who make things right. These ARE the guys who make things right. They charge a reasonable rate for the quality of the work they demand to do. All the guys who included “green” guys who are learning were respectful of my home. The guys in charge were masters at what they do. I had the service box plus 5 other boxes worked on from 8am to almost 4pm. All work completed and everything worked. The guys checked that every room and plug worked before leaving. I was provided a walk through before they left and all questions were answered. My home, being built in 1936 so it’s not easy to work on. I can not recommend them enough.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
